All of my life I have loved anything miniature. When I had a furby, I absolutely went crazy when they came out with the baby furbies. I wanted the Easy Bake Oven more than anything in the world. There was a book called Tiny Treasures that me and my mom used to make mini real life things out of smaller things like bottle caps. And one Christmas dinner we all had our own game hens, which are basically miniature chickens. And now, I think the miniature trend is about to explode! This morning when I went to Starbucks, they had miniature chocolate croissants and miniature cheese danishes. I got a cheese danish, warmed up, and it was delicious and the perfect size! I think that everyone would buy more of these mini snacks because they are cheap and they are the portion snack size that everyone wants. Here is a list of what my miniature bakery would offer:
- Mini muffins/cupcakes
- Mini croissants/pastries
- Mini pies
- Mini donuts
- Mini bagels with cream cheese
- Mini scones
